Payment must be upfront. Meaning, I will not start your commission unless I am paid first.

Refunds will only be given out if I have not sent you the WIP sketch.

I have the right to deny your commission

When the art is posted elsewhere, you must credit me either my Instagram, Twitter, or Deviantart, the respective links can be found on the front page.

I have the right to post any commission related pieces to any of my medias listed. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know beforehand.

Art pieces will take either 2-3 weeks for completion. If needed, I will inform the customer as soon as I can if there has been a delay.

In the meantime of completing art, a WIP sketch will be sent to the customer, they are allowed to make major changes before the lineart and color. After that, only slight changes can be made.

You are allowed to send inspiration art for similar ideas and or poses; however, I will not deliberately copy any inspirational art pieces you may send.

You are not allowed to sell your commissioned pieces as NFTs or other minted medias.

If you bought a base from me, please provide proper credit. Either crediting my Instagram, Twitter, or Deviantart is fine. Again, respected links are found at the home page.

You may not sell a design more than what you have paid for UNLESS more art is added to it.

You are allowed to trade or gift any of my designs you obtained.

You are allowed to redesign only if it stays recognizable. Always make sure to credit me for the original.

Holds for designs are fine. One week is the maximum unless under specific circumstances. If you have ghosted me after requesting a hold and have not replied to any messages, you may be blacklisted.

Again, you are not allowed to sell your design as an NFT or related minted medias.
